If you would like a book party but can’t find the time or don’t have the room, I have a solution. I can set up a virtual party for you. Likewise I can set up fundraising book events for charities too.

Schools/organisations can become fundraisers with Barefoot which means they can have all the profit for the group with commissions from 20%-50% it is an attractive option and if they then tell other schools – they can benefit from that too.

I am delighted to have become an ambassador for Barefoot books and so can offer a further  range of books within Lyns Book Biz. I also have Child’s Play Products – books, toys and games which have stood the test of time. I brought my children up on Child’s Play books and my children are now 34, 32 and 28!!!

The Barefoot books can be ordered via my Barefoot website  but I can also order product in for local customers. The Child’s Play Product will soon be up on my website but if in the meantime you would like a catalogue, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I also have a stock of Usborne titles which are in my stock clearance bin. I am happy to run home parties, attend school fetes, books fairs or see people on a one-to-one basis!

Waiting for baby is one I will have to get for two special little girls as they now know mummy has a baby in her tummy and its a long time until March.

Our Cat Cuddles and the Big Hungry Bear are on my wish list!! I am also looking forward toreading the Traditional Tales with a twist. The Ding-Dong Bag – all about a bag full of noises reminds me of a record we had years ago about a lost noises office!! This book was shortlisted for the Children’s book award 2007 nasen and TES Special Educational Needs Book awards.

I am looking forward to rereading Balloonia and finding where balloons go at bedtime. i shall enjoy the journey to the imaginary land of Balloonia.

The Flip Flap fairy tales and CDs are also a must to add to my collection.

We are in the middle of the school fete season and I just love giving FREE books away to schools. 3 fetes last week and 6 for the Isle of Wight team this week. Why not invite us to the school fete? We have a brilliant programme for giving free books for schools. When we make sales to parents (at fetes, parents evenings, coffee mornins etc) we can give you FREE books. I have connected with some local businesses who have donated FREE books to schools and many of these businesses appear on my podcasts on this site. Some schools hold sponsored reads or sponsored listens. And of course many schools book us for the School Book fair for Book week or World Book day.
