- A sensitive, detailed and informative guide to female puberty, invaluable for young girls and parents alike, tackling key subjects from physical changes to buying their first bra.
- Bright, stylish original colour illustrations and diagrams reveal everything young girls need to know about the changes they experience as they near puberty.
- Written in a witty yet factual and clear style that makes this confusing and tricky subject approachable.
- Includes basic details on what’s happening to boys, too.

My daughter was 10 when I gave her this book. I had told her the basics and she’d had the lessons at school but she found this book great.
It tells girls what they need to know, but in a friendly non-patronising way. It also covers things like bra’s, shaving, PMS and body image. The boys version also covers feelings, eating, spots and bullying.
I recommend the ‘What’s happening to me?’ books to any parent who has children over 8 years old.

I sell lots of these books both boys and girls. Have you sold many Nikki? What is your Usborne bestseller at the moment?

At the moment I seem to be selling a lot of books about the Romans
