Big Green Picnic

My team and I have been out at the Big Green Picnic this weekend. It 2was an eco-friendly event and we were promoting out suitable Usborne Book titles – Rubbish and Recycling, Why I should save the planet etc. It was a great weekend. We found people who wanted to join the Usborne home based business as well as people who wanted help with fundraising and people who wanted us to attend school events. I met lots of people I knew and made friends with lots of new people. We sold a lot of scrummy Usborne books and it was a brilliant event. Although rain threatened today it turned out to be a very sdunny day.

    It’s a shame you didn’t take any pictures on Saturday as the ‘green’ bunting that Angela did was very eye catching!

    Unfortunately it got wet overnight and because she had pinked the edges (right on the edges)the water got in through the laminates!! A steep learning curve. I didn’t take it down on Saturday night as I was sooooooooo tired!!
