I attended the Island Business network breakfast this morning – as usual on a Thursday. http://www.islandbusinessnetwork.com/members.htm There was some great networking going on this morning. I have recently had pledges for the community book pledge from Judith and Alan Gentry so thank you very much. Alan is a structural engineer http://www.alangentry-structuralengineer.com/home1.htm

and Judith is an Independent Inventory Clerk gentry@paston.co.uk . I look forward to the day I can afford my conservatory and I will know where to come!! Jon Wedge (Home maintenance and gardening service jonwedgehmgs@hotmail.co.uk ) was also kind enough to make a pledge. Please come and tackle my stinging nettles!!!!!My garden definitely needs your loving care. With this kind of support our target of £5000 worth of books for Island schools is getting ever closer. Usborne Books will add another £3000 to this when we reach our target.
